We are able to design, fabricate and build prototypes and production DIEs and machines in-house.

We are able to produce parts from a sample set or build new DIEs from engineering drawings.

We enforce absolute replication of all aspects of manufacturing and production . We have standardized all elements of the Manufacturing Units and production wear parts are pro-actively replaced with certified from the baseline tool.
Standard Process Control
As variation is inevitable, manufactured parts are both electronically measured and scanned for dirt, dings, scratches and other imperfections. Failed parts are automatically sorted.

We are able to automatically manufacture, test, sort and rack-and-stack parts in accordance with complex customer requirements.
